What our customers have to say about us!
Gray Line tours runs a tour bus that’s not to be missed! It’s a little local red trolley tour bus that starts downtown – next to their trailer on the corner of 2nd Ave and Broadway. The tour goes around the local downtown area (and a bit more – like Vanderbilt and Music Row) and takes only about 90 minutes. It was well worth the $15 cost. We saw things we’d never have the chance to see – if it weren’t for that tour. Hint: Make sure you get on a tour that leaves 2nd and Broadway at half past the hour (not all tours do). That way you’ll arrive at Bi-Centennial Park when all of the bells ring on the hour. Our driver stopped the red trolley so we could get out and stand in the middle of the carillon. What an experience!

My wife and I were in Nashville last week from August 22nd to the 26th. We went on the Civil War tour through Franklin on Wednesday. I would like to pass on my best to all the tour guides we had on the tour.
Our hotel pick up was done by Sylvia and she was very friendly and helpful. Our sightseeing tour was done by Jerry and we had guided tours by JT at the Lotz House, Rob at the Carnton Plantation and our guide at the Carter House was great. They were all very passionate and wanted to provide us with as much information and history on the area. It seemed more like a hobby than a job and that was really nice to see. Thanks again!

I have just taken the survey, but also I just want to let it be known that Deon Thomas is one of the best drivers that I have encountered with Gray Line. His demeanor and character is exceptional. I will always request him to be my driver. Thanks!
We returned home yesterday from a trip with the Cannon County Senior Center. We went to Cape Cod & Plymouth. I have to tell you how impressed we were with our bus driver. Her name was Mary P. She had a wonderful personality and I tend to be fearful of driving or riding in certain places (large cities, congested areas, across large ridges), but she made me feel safe our entire trip. One of our tour guides had her take a street that I feel a bus shouldn’t go but she kept her cool & maneuvered that bus slowly and carefully down the street. I don’t usually write, but I felt that I should let your company know that she is the kind of employee that gives customers the desire to travel with them again!!!
