Q: What information do you need for a reservation or Charter quote?
A: When contacting us for a quotation or to book a trip, please be prepared to provide the following information:
For day charters
- Date of the trip and the starting time and place
- Number of passengers
- Purpose of the trip
- Time of departure, destination and probable completion time
- Any special requirements at the destination (local transfers, theatre or admission tickets)
- Any special requirements en route
- Any extra services (guides, catering)
- Coach type and eventual extras (restroom, onboard catering, wheel chair lift)
For longer tours please provide all information plus these additional details:
- Number of days of your tour and tentative vehicle activity required each day
- If you’d like for us to make arrangements while traveling, please let us know (hotel, restaurant, attractions, etc.)
- Will you be supplying accommodations for the driver(s)
