The tour (one complete loop) lasts approximately 90 minutes.  Or, take advantage of the hop-on/hop-off privileges and make a day (or TWO) of it!

Q: Does the guest have to begin at the Riverfront Train Station?
A: Guests can begin at any point provided they have a ticket or voucher.  Please note that not all stops are marked.  See the Itinerary information to find the trolley stop locations.
Q:  Where can I purchase the tickets?
A:  You can purchase your tickets at several locations including the Stop #1 at the Riverfront Train Station, Stop #2 at the ticket booth, Stop #4 at the ticket booth, Stop #8 at Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum, Stop #9 at Batch Nashville inside the Farmers Market, Stop #10 at Marathon Village at Island Cowgirl, Stop #16 at Union Station Hotel, Stop #17 at the Nashville Visitors Center inside Bridgestone Arena.
Q: What time does the trolley stop running?
A: April-October, The last tour of the day departs at 4pm and returns to the Riverfront Train Station at 5:30pm.  November-March, the last departure time is 4pm with return to the train station at 5pm.  We offer a Night Trolley option that is a 1.5-2-hour tour of the city and includes 6 photo-hop off points.  The Night Trolley departs from the Riverfront Train Station at 8pm.  You can add the Night Trolley for only $10.
Q: What is the frequency of the trolleys and the double deckers?
A: Due to demand fluctuations, it varies day by day. Trolleys depart from the Riverfront Train Station from April–October approximately every 15-30 minutes. From November – March, trolleys depart every 30 to 90 minutes.  Please note that if you are wanting to ride on a specific vehicle, wait time will increase.
Q: I have a large group, what are my options?
A:  The Music City Hop  tour operates on a first come first serve basis.  Most of our trolleys have a seating capacity of 32, this does not including standing capacity.  Our Double Deckers have a capacity of up to 80 people.  We encourage large group to be willing to split up in order to board a trolley or a double decker bus and we do allow standing on the vehicles.   We also offer the possibility to reserve a private vehicle to do the hop on/hop off tour specifically with your group only and we offer private trolley tours of the city including photo hop-off points before 10am and after 5:00pm for large groups.  To inquire further, please email CMcDaniel [at] graylinetn [dot] com.
