From Nashville Airport, Gray Line provides daily scheduled service to Downtown and West End hotels from 4am-11pm. The Gray Line Airport Express Booth is located on the Ground Transportation level of the Nashville International Airport. For safe, reliable and convenient transportation to and from the Airport to Downtown & West End hotels you can’t beat the Gray Line Airport Express!
Our daily schedule provides customers with continuous shuttle service between the hours of 6 am & 7 pm at any of the 28 hotels listed here. Guests must be in the lobby five minutes prior to the pick-up time. Guests leaving prior to 6 am must make a reservation by calling 615-275-1180, by 7 pm the night before the scheduled pick-up. If the guest is leaving after 7 pm, a reservation must be made with, at least, a half hour notice for a scheduled pick-up.
Group Shuttle Service
Airport Express also provides group shuttle services from the airport to meet your needs - whether you’re looking to get 30 people to a conference or 10 family members to a hotel. To book your transportation for groups of 3 or more passengers, please call and ask for our group discount! Rates: $14 One-Way & $25 Round-Trip
