Charter Summer Transportation
Well before the last school bell of the year has sounded, camp and program directors, counselors, athletic directors, coaches and parents are planning the transportation needs of summer programs and activities for kids. Gray Line of Tennessee considers the safety precautions necessary to transport children a priority.
During the school year, GLoT offers a variety of field trip and promotional rates for area schools and that same type of consideration is also extended to summer programs and camps. Specifically, during the months of July and August GLoT extends savings to summer programs. GLoT can help you to enhance your organizations camp experience with a day at the Aquarium, Holiday World, Splashin’ Safari or the Huntsville Space Center.

GLoT provides safe, reliable and professional drivers along with the most modern motorcoaches. Our young fleet of Prevost coaches offers Direct TV, Wifi Internet*, and DVD capabilities. ADA accessible buses are available upon request. We are fully insured and have the Department of Transportation’s and Department of Defense’s Highest Safety Rating.

When contacting a GLoT Sales Rep for a quotation or to book a trip, please be prepared to provide the following information:
For day charters
- Date of the trip and the starting time and place
- Destination
- Number of passengers
- Purpose of the trip
- Time of departure, destination and probable completion time
- Any special requirements at the destination (local transfers, theatre or admission tickets)
- Any special requirements en route
- Any extra services (guides, catering)
- Coach type and eventual extras (restroom, onboard catering, wheel chair lift)
For longer tours please provide all the information listed above along with the additional details below:
- Number of days of your tour and tentative vehicle activity required each day
- If you’d like for us to make arrangements while traveling, please let us know (hotel, restaurant, attractions, etc.)
- Will you be supplying accommodations for the driver(s)
